Yoga for Beginners 4 Session Series
4 Sundays in January: 1/5, 1/12, 1/19, & 1/26, 5:30-6:45pm
This introductory 4-session Yoga Series is specifically designed for beginners. Students will receive an overview of the practice, specific foundational instructions, feedback, and opportunities for questions. This is an encouraging way to begin your yoga practice and open the door to a wide range of benefits.
In addition to the common physical benefits, including increased muscle strength, flexibility, improved balance, pain relief, increased energy, and better sleep, students often notice they feel more relaxed, content in life, have better focus, and experience a greater sense of overall wellbeing, following the yoga classes.
