My yoga practice is decades long . . . this year I discovered Iyengar. The focus on proper alignment is making a huge difference in my body. Jeanne Ann’s classes are focused on retraining my body, and Kelly’s classes take me slowly into moving and aligning differently.–M.H.
I take classes from Kelly at Living Yoga. As a beginning yoga student, I really like that she is thorough in explaining the moves and modifications and helping us understand how the poses should feel. I also appreciate the whole mind and body yoga approach to yoga. –Julie

I have benefitted from their vast experience, including time in India. An added benefit is their experience as massage therapists as they have excellent knowledge of anatomy and how the body moves. You will learn a lot from them and will enjoy their gentle energy and sense of humor. They have great workshops for beginner and advanced yoga students. –Ana H

I am stronger now, more flexible, and most important feel in my body and heart a much deeper well being. Classes with Kelly and Steven are heart filled, laugh filled, a joy, a challenge.
